Built From the Ground Up — Literally

The story of CCC begins at age 16, carrying bundles of shingles up steep rooftops across Montreal. From 16 to 19, the founder worked as an apprentice roofer — learning every detail of the trade from the inside: how roofs fail, what separates a 10-year job from a 30-year one, and why craftsmanship and materials matter more than any sales pitch.

After roofing, the path took an unexpected turn — into digital marketing and construction consulting, where the patterns became clear. The construction industry was plagued by the same problems everywhere: unclear proposals, unlicensed operators, zero communication after the deposit, and clients who had no idea what was happening to their own home.

The answer wasn't to become another contractor with the same problems. The answer was to build a company that operated completely differently — with full transparency, licensed trades, technology-driven communication, and absolute accountability.

CCC — Castelli & Carson Construction — was built on that foundation. Today we serve Montreal and the greater region with the skills developed over a decade of hands-on trade work and project management.
